I do not think when we find a real teacher, the teacher is going to tell you
that he is the teacher and you are the student and you have to listen to
him/her, just like in the elementary school. Most likely you may run into
someone you may consider a real friend and only gradually you recognized the
other person's knowledge and widsom and then you develop a trust in the
other person and in due course one day you realize you found a real teacher.
