The following question seems to be important to ask:

Are you thereby saying that Master KH and M never materialized any letters?
And that H. P. Blavatsky materialised them all, and that she did it by "orders" from the Masters?
And / or do you think, that Master M and KH were only created by H. P. Blavatsky to amuse herself?

Do you think, that there is no Himalayan Lodge, and that H. P. Blavatsky was either consciously or unconsciously trying to improve Tibetan tourism?

  After Blavatsky's death occurrences of so called Mahatma Letters
  greatly reduced. That suggests something about who was behind
  production of large number of Mahatma Letters, if not all.
