Wrong.

That is the jesuitic rhetoric of Leadbeater in The Theosophist around 1924.

This rhetoric is a direct attack to the core of theosophical principles and I am astounished that this cant has survived in the Adyar today.

A planet cannot belong to two different chains at the same time, regardless of "the point of view".

Theosophits should begin to think for themselves and not parrot only paroles.

John Algeo has not understand the doctrine of the inner and oute rrounds until today.

Seems in the Adyar TS you just need primary school knowledge and you are regarded as an adept!

It is from where you see it.Steiner sees it from 4 till 5th on which 
there are now on tis earth.
HPB saw the total , so untill the end, the last and 7 th rootrace, 
before entering a new manvatara.
So she is right in total there will be 7 rootraces in one manvatara.
