Damn it! So it was you who wrote! (smile)
If you have never read what he said, there is nothing I can say, but if you did you would not believe in any " convictions", for we know the tree by its fruits.
If one wants to know who HPB was and take the Peter Washington´s "The Mme. Blavatsky´s Baboon" or some excerpts from the SPR it is similar...one will think she was a liar and a fraud.
Not that I want to use this list to promulgate any aplogies about Osho ´swork, but I tried to read first about him from many sources, and then, what he wrote and I got impressed.
One book that I read about his success, talks about his secretary when aparently took away and decamped with all the org´s funds and also maitainedthose secret labs inside the mandir.
When the police came to the mandir Osho opened his doors to all the agents and even he was not aware of that " paralell government " of his "disciples" interests.
The intoxication was real Bart, but remember that he used to be somebody who always talked openly the truth, whomever it might concern, no everybody appreciates it, and at that time there was much concern in making him a criminal. Principally with the long time tradition of USA being scared about terrorism and the control of " suspect" people.
If you seek you´ll find the true story.
It is in your right to keep this simplified version in mind, the choice is yours.
He never practised bioterrorism.
Not him.
That is what I believe and I had to say.

Are you referring to his criminal convictions as "hoaxes"? The people
who were hospitalized by his bioterrorism didn't consider it to be a
"hoax".
