the blood Passion of Christ

Hi
I think itīs just a silly movie whose intent is clearly the mix of polemic touches, contradition, and, principally, having the principal target: Profits.
The sources to exploit cinematographically about the prophetīs life seemsto be exhausted and the violence has been the choice because people in general enjoy violence movies.
" Cinematographic" blood is a trick that make millions.
I prefer the Scorceseīs "Last Temptation of Christ" where is possible tosee the Master under another point of view without being nauseated by violence.
My view is, metaphysically speaking:
I am sure that there are negative echoes in the astral plane the mere facing such load of violence and its vibrations, even though in a ficcional mood, but creating and releasing montrous thought-forms to space

Erica,
It is a very controversial film and like every
controversial film it admits many readings. Those
viewers focusing on the portrayal of the Pharisees'
leaders will automatically accuse the film of
anti-Semitic.
Those focusing on the Roman soldiers in the
exasperatingly long torture scene, will say that it is
a sado-masochist, "snuff", film.
In the end, each one will probably respond to it
subjectively. In spite of the sea of blood,
inacuracies and poetic licence with the gospel story,
what stood out for me in the film was this man
immersing himself in a suffering beyond all
comprehension and emerging out of it untainted by the
least desire for revenge or hatred.
