Hi Krishtar.
I think it is in better saying:
We have 3 kinds of consciousness in the Brain-
in the Heart- and in the solaire
Chakra.
In the heart we have Chitta,Jivatma and Ahamkara and it is the
choice to make with the tree guna's to know as RAJAS, TAMAS and SATTVA
so this last one give the Harmonie, Truth and Purity and that brings
us to the Higher self and that is the Ahamkara(Atma).
