Dear Mic,

Over the years I have found great solace in remembering to be
grateful for my blessings. In the midst of the most stressful times,
if we just take a few moments to concentrate on that center of
balance within the heart of our being, and acknowledge the love and
compassion that fills the world and our lives, that literally keeps
us alive, to fill that heart/center with gratitude for blessings
known and unknown, we find we can go on again with renewed stability
and perseverence.

Best wishes,
Adelasie
