Yes, that is a problem. Most likely a wash with the absentees. But the
local political hacks do need to get their collective acts together and
assure things like that don't get repeated. It does seem like much of
the confusion in Dade County was ironed out for this most recent
election. We'll just have to see what 2004 brings.
