An insider informed me some days ago, that the brother of H.H. the Dalai Lama has signed a treaty for the Tibetean government in exile with China about the return of the Dalai Lama to Tibet, but I was unable to get this information confirmed by other sources. Has anybody more details? Thanks Frank
