Apparently some young people die so very young in age that they
have not yet generated much food for Devachanic meditation. In
those rare cases they may "return" into incarnation (as their
KARMA dictates) more rapidly than others.

One would have to be a Adept to know what was the actual case.

Right. I checked my reference. I think I was confused because for
years I
have been hearing a time vastly shorter, more on the order of 30
years. So
an individual who was alive in the 1900s and died in WW1 could be
back in
time to die in WW2 and then possibly back in time to be an
American war
protester during Viet Nam.

Do you think the person who says 30 years between incarnations
(average) is
probably mistaken?
