Eldon, Daniel: again I must apologize on the subject of the S
D (as I said I was confused) I will have to see and compare the
books. Personally I voted for the ORIGINAL when I started
studying Theosophy seriously. (around 1940) And while I knew
that various editions with changes marked or unmarked existed I
have not taken the time to check them out.

So, thanks to you both.

While we are at it, why not draw up a list in chronological
sequence of the various printings/editions of the SD since 1888
and have it available for reference, along with a brief note on
each stating if it has been modified from the original and what
was added and why. ?

In a recent posing I put in what I knew of the past, but that is
probably sketchy or patchy. Dallas
