eBooks and eReaders - Update

I was interested in finding out how the Barnes & Nobleâs eReader - Nook is
setup. I was surprised to find out that you do not need to purchase a
eReader like Kindle sold by Amazon, to access eBooks sold by Barnes & Noble.

Once you have Nook account, you can download sofware which works on pc,
wireless phones and tablets. Up to six users/devices can concurrently access
the eBooks on âNookâ. Apparently, the books are stored on B&N servers and
can be accessed without investing in another hardware device.

This approach coupled with the low pricing is going to revolutionize the
book industry. I hope all spiritual organizations including the Theosophical
keep up with technology and take full advantage of modern communication
technology. Those who do will survive and grow and those behind the curve
will be languishing and be history like horse drawn carriage.

Let us wait and see.
