I am not sure, that money is the core problem.
I find it rather to be patience, to recognize the truth when it is proven, and an open spirit of self-criticism. :-)

    This quote is very timely. Due to the built-in autonomy at member, lodge,
  and section levels, no one can order anything unless the recipients care to
  listen. I think, in most situations where problems have arisen, the
  underlying issue is simply money and property. The parties dare not want to
  openly talk about it. No one cares to instruct anyone or any group which is
  poor.
