Dear Nigel,

Thanks for your kind comments. If I say something that makes sense it's only because I have been amazingly privileged in having some excellent and very forgiving teachers! Including some on this list, I might add.

have a profoundly insightful and poetic flow that I feel would be diminished by my excessive personal comments.
