No one ever won the Nobel Prize for Literature by exhibiting any  sense.
 
In fact it is rare that anyone wins that prize for even being able to  write.

stop the Gulf War? The invasion of Irak? Guantanamo Bay? All  the
African dicators and terrorists immersed in genocide today? The war  in
Chzechnia? 

Aside from the fact that the internet already is  subject of censorship
(see the situation in China), it changes nothing to  the way we, the
people, perceive information, and how this information is  carefully
filtered and distributed to us. 

After all, the Third  Reich had the very first interactive webring
ever, with the live  transmission throughout the empire of the  1942
Weihnachtsring.
