Thanks for this write up. Ten years ago my wife Janet and I were married in  
the Liberal Catholic Church on the Adyar grounds during convention. Many  
friends old and new were present, some that we had met only that morning at  
breakfast at Leadbeater Chambers. Among the guests was a rather large  tarantula, 
who was happily viewing the festivities from the rafters above us.  As we took 
our vows, eyes glancing between ourselves and our newest friend, we  realized 
that all are welcome in this place. He stayed around for a few days  and 
celebrated Christmas mass with us but was not seen again thereafter.
