Hi Anand,

Some other issues which should be probably addressed are: policies, 
plans of work, jobs, archives, intellectual rights, ? and most probably 
the best form of complete dealing with these issues would be a 
Declaration on Transparency of the General Council of the Theosophical 
Society, although some provisions could be implemented also in the 
Rules and Regulations.
