We talk about transparency, but now we need to write the details of
what exactly we want through transparency. I think there should be
rules in the constitution of the TS that following things should be
published on the internet.
1) Agenda of every General Council meetings, including all the proposals.
2) Minutes of every General Council  meetings.
3) Secretary's report
4) Budget
5) Treasurer's report.
6) Statistics related to lodges, federation, Sections like membership,
address etc.
I will appreciate suggestions about what should be published. We need
to know exact details of what we mean by transparency.
