In TS there are minimum three types of meetings which we need to
consider in the context of the General Council.
One meeting can be considered as Annual General Meeting.
Another meeting is the meeting of the members of the General Council.
Third meeting is meeting of the Executive Committee of the TS.
Out of these, which meetings', proposal, agenda, minutes and voting
should become public ?
