Theosophy is: we cannot say what another needs for the levels upside 
down.
We only can guess for ourselves.
And if we read ML we can forget a mass of words not necessary for us.
While of course there still are Humes.
I don't know what you have with newage or reiki, but I have no cup of 
tea of it.Do you know what reiki means?

I am not a poppy , also not a cock without head.
So don't need a master at all, especially not one with Big Ego.
