Hi

Thanks for clarifying about the blog.

One of the details I learnt from the blog, is that for over 50 years,  no
new lodge has been chartered in NL. It is simply shows a lot of local work
needs to be done. It is something only people living in NL can do it. No
amount of tinkering with rules will do any good.

In this kind of local condition, it amazes me that Wies, the GS  is one of
the supporters of secret proposal to change the rules. Unless there is some
personal vested benefit involved, it is very difficult to understand. I
think she should try to do something about the local situation before trying
to solve International issues.

When people get involved in this kind of illogical priorities, one wonders
what is the next secret project we will discover.
