Greece - 140 members - 1 GC member
India - 13,000 members - 92 GC members
Rest - 17,000 members - 121 GC members
Total GC members - 214

Above system seems even better. As there are 214 members (which is
large enough), Theosophical Society won't be hijacked by whims of few
individuals, as it is happening now.
