Here General Secretaries said Radha HAD "brain damage" If it is past
tense, then what they communicated was true, because she indeed had
brain problem. You can say GS sent wrong letters if it is present
tense i.e. "Radha has brain damage" If the statement is like this
when she was recovered, then only it becomes wrong information. So
tense of the statement decides here whether they communicated wrong or
right information. "had brain damage" is correct, "has brain damage"
is not correct. Also even if Radha had recovered, and if GS had not
received her fitness certificate, then they can not be accused of
sending wrong information willfully.

Which rule gives Election Committee authority to "create correct
impressions" ? It looks as if Election Committee is trying to create
favorable or unfavorable impression among members. I wonder if
Election Committee is unnecessarily involving in correcting
impressions. Krishnamurti had clearly said that his teaching is not
Buddhism, Christianity or Theosophy. Radha tells people that Theosophy
and K's teaching are same. Election Committee does not correct wrong
impression in this matter. In which matters election committee is
supposed to "correct impressions" Is it that when things are going
against Radha that they interfere and correct impression ? I would
like to know where it is written about matters in which Election
Committee is allowed to "correct impressions"
