Yes, it seems to be the Rules of 1997.
But this is a private site. The question was why there's no rules on
the official site.
To have the Rules online would be also good for the sake of publicity,
to refute accusations from the side of christians that TS is a sect
and to prove that it is a secular organization governed
democratically.
