Thanks for the link. But obviously there had been many amendments in
the constitution since 1905. Also it is not published by Adyar TS
giving doubts about it's accuracy. It is duty of Adyar TS to make
available constitution and other documents online. America, India and
most free countries provide all this information online, freely
available to all, on their official web site. It appears that they are
stupid in Radha's opinion.
