It seems that our discussion on the election process has opened few 
issues which are something new for the administration and that 
therefore it is quite natural that it is not prepared yet for these 
challenges. 

Regarding the e-mail addresses I remember that late Geo Duguay was 
saying that his Adyar Directory on CTA site is more up-to-date then 
that brought by The Theosophist. So, there can be a problem of 
maintaining updated information which is constantly changing.

On the other hand, your message raised in my mind a question: which 
information should have to be available to the members. It would be 
quite interesting to hear what members of this group think about this 
question.
