I am sorry to read about the situation in your country.
It is very strange. In all the lodges I was involved in India and the USA,
joining the TS is very routine. Sign a form and two members will co-sign and
you send in the dues. I also read some new complicated procedure followed in
Russia. Even during the days of HPB there was no waiting period or any other
stumbling block. Can some one tell us what is going on. It is unbelievable.
