  I do not have an easy access to various editions of "The Secret Doctrine". But more than 20 years ago, I checked one edition, and if I correctly remember it, then that date was given according to some astrologers. I am neither a student of astrology nor of "The Secret Doctrine". Perhaps some people in this forum can throw light on it.
