Cass,
You wrote that you found Judge "writing to have too much of a 
religious flavour to them". I think you are referring too The Ocean 
of Theosophy. I'm I right? We must not forget, something many have 
done day, that that book was written by Judge with members of the 
Christen American middleclass in mind, which as well was seekers. 
Nether his articles, Esoteric Instructions or his Occult novels 
could be called religious flavoured.

You also wrote "Judge was a contributor, no more". Yes, a 
contributor, but the second must important contributor after H.P. 
Blavatsky.
