Daniel,
Referring to the danger of you getting intellectually frozen in the year 1915 as to the living process of the ULT, you wrote:
I'm not trying to do anything of the kind. Unfortunately, Crosbie did not live to see 1929 or 1934 (...) Therefore, I am citing what Crosbie claimed to be true during
his lifetime, in this case, 1915. This is the seminal period of time
(...) As founder of the United Lodge of Theosophists, Crosbie's view on the
Theosophical Movement and the various other Theosophical societies,
leaders, etc., I would think would be important to know and
understand. If you are not interested in Crosbie's views as given in the various statements quoted, that is just fine. But again, you want to change the subject.... And in reference to 1929 (Fraternization Movement), are you aware of the views of the ULT or the ULT officials in this matter? Daniel."
I say:
1. The theosophical movement changed since 1915. And changed into the direction foreseen and proposed byt the 1909 ULT Declaration. Note that.
2. Fraternization Movement moved along the same direction as the 1909 ULT Direction, to my view.
3. Please show me any official and recent position of the ULT against the "Fraternization Movement", if there is any. No forgeries and no things prior to 1960, please.
On the other hand, as you should know, the ULT has no "hard party line of opinions" to obey to. The ULT is an abstract or inner level global community of truth seekers and its purpose includes stimulating sixth principle activity in people. That needs individual freedom and responsibility.
The reason why I am happy about being an Associate of the ULT is that I am perfectly entitled to have my own views of things, and all "Authority" is recognized in the ULT as being "in one's own conscience and consciousness".
I hope you are ready for a better level of dialogue by now, or will be so, soon.
Carlos.
