It can't seriously refer to the Secret Doctrine.
This sounds, obviously, like being the Letters of HPB, as edited by Algeo, 20 per cent of which are forged documents and actually slanders against HPB, yet presented by Algeo, the editor, as if they had been written by HPB herself .
As you live in Brazil and these things have not come up in Portuguese language yet, open polemics did not start in Brazil so far.
But "Biosofia", the Lisboa city magazine, did publish various articles about the issue.
This, at least, is my first impression about it.
