Let us consider the underlying implications of Carlos' words about
the case of an "unprepared soul" having "a precocious contact" with 
HPB's writings.

In this year of 2006, WHO is to decide whether a particular person or 
soul is prepared or unprepared and whether that person should have 
contact with HPB's esoteric writings?

Are YOU Carlos the person to decide?

Or are you suggesting that the current DES secretary is the person to 
make that decision???

Let's take Jim, a ULT associate.  If he finds out TODAY about the 
ULT's Dyzan Esoteric School and writes to the DES Secretary at the 
ULT headquarters and is admitted to the DES, WHO then decides if Jim 
is as a "soul" prepared or unprepared?

WHO decides that Jim is worthy or prepared to have "contact" with 
HPB's esoteric writings?

Is it the DES secretary?

And what special qualifications does this secretary have to make such 
an important decision?

Certainly I would think that one should not have "a precocious 
contact" with these writings!  At least this seems to be one of the 
implications of your statements.

And if the current DES secretary is the one who makes such a 
decision, then who decided that the DES secretary was prepared and 
qualified to do such?  Was it the former DES Secretary?  And who 
before that person? And....

These are just some of the questions that thinking and inquiring 
students of Theosophy might ask as they read your various 
pronouncements....
