Maybe these are practiced in co-masonry or LCC but I don't know about 
regular rites in the TS.
Probably ceremonies are practiced from time to time. Yet one cannot be 
half-pregnant. So I am against any mandatory ceremonies and don't 
agree to make any difference between the "right" and "wrong" ones.
