On the present and future role of the Americas, William  Q. Judge wrote:

"It seems as if some power, deliberately planning, has selected North and South America for the place where a new primary root-race should be begun. These two continents were evidently the seat of ancient races and not the habitation of wild undeveloped men." (1) 
In the same text, Judge invites readers to study pages 444 and onward of the second volume, "The Secret Doctrine".
As to South America, some places in  the Andean "Cordillera"   seem to be  important centres  of higher occult influence.
