This also seems to tie in with Mahatma letter no.67

a common fallacy, is that the finest crafted and artful is the more recent. i meet with it so much in archaeology. brine always assumes the finer earthworks the most recent, and metalurgy had to be europeans.
in the fertle crescent, digs are more complete. one is clearly able to see the progression of cultures, from bedrock up. the lowest layers are huge, finely-cut stones, and they get smaller and cruder over time.
perhaps the stone age was not the start of humanity, merely the lowpoint toward the middle. we are on an upward curve of development, having passed our lowest. there should be evidence of the people before the stone age. one might expect a layer close to modern culture, a few levels below stone flints. its a mystery that nothing has been found. most of the oldest continents are beneath the sea.
its very possible that the ica stones are time capsules from a former high culture, long before what we call the old stone age. the pictures they used were worth a thousand words. much easier to communicate with every culture that follows, than written scripts. they could have had script, but chose pictures for clarity. it shows high intelligence. might be a good idea for modern man to create stones like that. draw man walking on the moon. nuclear mushroom cloud, and devastation. details of the petro-chemical age, being rushed into the nuclear age.
science and history might benefit from a study of the ica stones. the best way, might be to photograph the stones where they are found, disturbing them little. they may have survived at ica for hundreds of thousands of years. the inca emperors seemed to accept the validity of the stones, by having ica stones in their tomb, but they showed noble restraint by not gathering all of them up at another location, that may not be viable as long.
i may not have the energy nor finances to do the job right, recording quality photographs to cd, of the ica stones. it appears there were hundreds of artists creating these stones. or hundreds of forgers, if one sees it that way. it might be best to only place on cd photos of the stones that have patina on the pictures. that should assure all that we are looking at relics. i wish that i could spend the whole 45 days near ica, but i must not fail to explore the megaliths and inca ruins on the altiplano, and the northern coastal valleys. i consider the latter the newcomers, yet they are about 5,000 years old. strangely, these peoples arrived near the time that many think disaster befell peru, circa 3100 bce.
ecuador lost lands to the sea, so its possible that peru lost land too, as cayce indicated. curious how lands drop along the coast, but make dramatic rising inland. i guess that we can expect those lost lands will be uplifted on the next big event. it would fit the pattern of submersion followed by uplift. caral might end up a deep abyss high in the andes. this would be a good reason for mountaineers to rapel down to these, to look them over.

Kind regards,
