In response to M. Suflight's request:

"A QUESTION: Is there anyone here at Theos-Talk, who has or have had access to 
the same letters as Gardner - or who could give us some more light upon which 
letters we are talking about? Perhaps these letters aught to be made public !"

Many of the letters from Leadbeater to Besant conveying the Masters' 
instructions on the Liberal Catholic Church have been published: they are in 
C. Jinarajadasa (ed) "On the Liberal Catholic Church" TPH, Adyar, 1952. The 
publication of this work created a great controversy in the TS/LCC because of 
the nature of the previously secret material. The work 
effectively "disappeared" - I was told in 1979 by the manager of the TPH that 
it had "never existed" (although I had a copy!).
More material is found in Leadbeater's papers in various ES journals and 
Besant's accounts of "instructions from the Masters" in the same journals. 
Gardner's unpublished papers include references to this material.
