Dear Niki
Are you sure the Irish are not pulling your leg on this one? I will search for it over here, as I have a major problem with my thyroid and blow up like a puffer fish after injesting, but silly me refuses to give up salt.

Hi John-
If you're serious about improving the taste of salt, I
highly recommend The Grain and Salt Company. They have
so many varieties it feels deliciously decadent! And
their salt is all Celtic Sea Salt, very hydrating,
whereas most all other types of salt leeches water...
Anyway, that's my share!
Love,
Niki
