Re: Theos-World vegetarian is not ascetic

Hi Vlad-

Equating the eating of meat with alcoholism and drug
addiction? That's a good one! I'll pass that on to my
Native American friends...

Any more "wisdom" like that?

Oh, and how do you explain that our bodies are
naturally made to eat animal flesh...We didn't create
these bodies, we merely inhabit them. And, these
bodies need a certain amount of flesh to be properly
maintained...

I always thought a vegetarian diet was a moral choice,
not a biological imperative. Myself, I go through
regular detoxes, where I eliminate all flesh from my
diet...but I eat flesh, usually. And I make sure it's
free range, rendered with care and respect...

Regards,

Niki
