Only the ways to the brain are different, o you call the higher mind= 
the mind-brain entlightenend with the working Ajna(6 st sense) chakra 
and the overcontroller works with the seventh chakra(sahasrara) and 
in that last state we earn the highermind level and after that the 
buddhi level untill we reach Atma-Buddhi-Manas.This all goes trough 
the brain and the heart.
And I am sure Krisnamurti would have know that.
It is the question that most people read and forget.
But that is not his problem.
