Dear Gopi:

How would you define:

"liberation (Moksha or Samadhi or Nirvana etc), which is essentially the
wakeup process."

(1) Detachment from cause and effect and righteous living is one answer I
think of, and

(2) the second is to detach ones-self from any further concern with
humanity and their woes and sufferings, which I would say, is very selfish
and self-serving.

Is the second definition modifiable ?

2	How can any one "check it out" unless all the details are displayed?
The basis is possibly inadequate.

Ex: why trust BHAGAVAD GITA or Patanjali unless I can read them in full,
and think fully about them and their recommendations?

Why should I trust an "authority" or a "broker?" I say all "short-cuts"
are dangerous. The methods of THEOSOPHY avoid that.

Best wishes,

Dallas

Dear Dallas,

There is no question about everything you wrote! Firstly, we are
immortals, but we do not know it. I thought the purpose of SD is to give
all of the information to the ones that are ready. Even if one soul was
helped, the effort was all worth it!

My opinion is that the SD came late nineteenth century, so in these many
decades this information must have reached many. I feel that there are
additional information such as Patanjali's work.

Even those that have read Gita many times, they still have to go through
Patanjali's or similar work to attain liberation (Moksha or Samadhi or
Nirvana etc), which is essentially the wakeup process.

I just wish to encourage people to check it out!

I think that may be more important than making sure that every little detail
is learned properly!

Gopi
