No, I don't. The Minutes of that meeting state that the decision to
amend the by-laws was approved by a MAJORITY of the members of the
former Canadian Section. If the by-laws, as amended, eliminated all
references to Adyar as the international Headquarters of the TS, it
reflected a very clear intent on part of the members, IMO, not to be
associated with the Adyar TS. One of the definitions of by-law is "a
rule made by a company or society for its members."
The General Secretary of the TS in Canada at that time was a member
of the Council (as every elected GS is) and notice of the meeting
would have been sent to him like to all other Council members.
