Perhaps you may consider sharing with the German scholars you
contacted the information provided by Dr Tillett on theos-talk recently:
"All the correspondence was published by Mead and others in various
pamphlets. Copies of these exist in a number of public non-TS collections
(e.g. the British Library in London). A number of them have been
published on the net (alas, I do not recall the web site but seem to
recall that it was one operated by Alan Bain)."
As I said earlier, there is plenty of information also in the issues
of "The Theosophical Review" (1906-1909), edited by Mead.

Is the reputation of "Mahayana Theosophy" dependent on access
to archives of "Hinayana Theosophy", to use the expressions employed
by you?
