However high cost is also due to difficulties of presentation and excellent
materials used throughout.

You may have seen my earlier post. If wide circulation is the objective,
especially in the third world, making it available on the Internet is the
way to go. The next best alternative is to put it on a CD. Until either
of them happen, you can be sure that the circulation will be quite limited
due to the high cost.
