Dear Doss:

You are right as to price -- but the dollar has taken such a tumble in
purchasing value and especially in the past 7 years. It is insidious and
most have not entirely noticed it.

Those who need and want the book, libraries, etc... will get it.

Thanks for the info. However, the pricing makes it out of reach for many 
potential readers. This is more so with those in Third World countries.

I look forward to the day when it is available on the Internet so that
