Thanks for the info. However, the pricing makes it out of reach for many 
potential readers. This is more so with those in Third World countries.

I look forward to the day when it is available on the Internet so that 
anyone interested can get it. Also, I am also looking forward to see it on 
CD at a very affordable price.
