Praying and meditating at tombs...

Hallo all of you,

My views are:

I told a story by a friend some days ago.
He is an eager student of Gurdjieff and sufism in general.

His interest in Gurdjieff was so, that he decided to sleep on his tomb.
He told me, that this was an extreme expereicne, and that he had quite a spiritual revelation while doing it.

It seems, that this issue of praying at tombs is not new in the Middle East.
I wonder if there has been said anything about this by any of the major theosophical writers ?

Has any of you ever tried to stay at Blavatsky's tomb for a long time ?
And perhaps tried to stay over night ?

Mulla Nasrudin also have a tomb.
...smile...

from
M. Sufilight with peace and love...
