I believe that you agree with Jerry
that there are MANY SIMILARITIES between
Bailey's "Initiation - Human and Solar" and
Leadbeater's "The Masters and the Path."
How do YOU account for those SIMILARITIES??

Morten, did you explain how you account for
those SIMILARITIES? I fail to find your
explanation in your reply. Maybe it is there
but I fail to see it!

On the other hand, I think Jerry CONCISELY
accounts for the SIMILARIITES in the following
statements culled from 3 of his postings:

"From my earlier perusal of AAB's writings, I found that many
of her teachings were DRAWN DIRECTLY from Besant and Leadbeater's
E.S. writings."

"She [Bailey]moved to Krotona Hollywood a year or two
thereafter where she joined the ES, and GAINED
ACCESS to the [Besant/Leadbeater] material concerning
the inner government and initiations, which was
only circulated through the ES at that time. . . ."

". . . [Bailey's] Initiation Human and Solar was published
in 1922—her first book—I think. I read it some years ago,
and found it VERY FAITHFUL to the [Besant/Leadbeater]ES
teachings as they were presented from 1910-1918." 

"Yes the parallels between Masters on the Path and Initiation Human 
and Solar are striking, aren't they? Actually, the originator of the
material was CWL, but not in 1925." Caps added.

If I understand Jerry's explanation, he is saying
that the teachings in Leadbeater's "Masters and the Path" originated
from Leadbeater's previous teachings issued to the E.S. during the 
years 1910-1918.

Bailey having been a member of the E.S. during the latter part of
the time period 1910-1918 GAINED ACCESS to the Leadbeater material.

She incorporated many of the teachings given in the Leadbeater E.S. 
material INTO her own 1922 book "Initiation Human and Solar".

In 1925 Leadbbeater decided to publish a book embodying the
teachings he had FORMERLY given to the E.S.

Therefore, is it really surprising that:

". . . the parallels between Masters on the Path and Initiation Human 
and Solar are striking. . . . " ??

Morten, I think I understand how Jerry ACCOUNTS for the similarities 
but I still fail to understand how you account for those similarities.
