That is true, but violent anti-Catholic sentiment is a separate issue
from racism. Oddly, it was the Catholic Church and not Christianity
which she was always criticizing.

None of these people are dying out and Blavatsky said they would all
die out.

? The TS never promoted the protocols.

Statements have been made on this list to the contrary.

Yes, and it would seem an act of appropriuate sensitivity to drop it,
which has not been done.

Different aspects of the SD strike me as beng of very different
quality. Her model for explaining psychical and spiritual phenomena
seems to me to be the most valuable part, and really unrivaled to
this day. Unfortunately it has never been explained lucidly. Each
student is left to tease it out of the book.

Her cosmogonical hypothesis strikes me as being extremely interesting
and possibly true but less thoroughly grounded in fact than the
psychical-spiritual model.

Her anthropogenetic theory strikes me as the least interesting and
the east founded in fact. In fact, it strikes me as being hardly
more than a fantasy which is regrettably contradicted by scientific
findings. There is some interesting stuff there, but the theory as a
whole does not hold water, and yet it includes Noah's FlooD!

So I giver her two out of three.
