This is interesting info. About ten years ago, name of another member from 
S. America (who then was in middle age) was talked about.

More importantly, historically most spiritual movements in growth stage, 
were led by young and middle aged men and women, not old men and women.

If the next successor is a (post-retired) old man or woman, then we may not 
see a vibrant growth organization.
