I dunno. There is an instruction manual published in Australia but I
do not know if this is on the level or not. Since at least two
people have died trying it to my knowledge I devided to leave it at
the theory stage. It is interesting, though. If you can pull it
off, the clain is you stop aging and become immortal, which means you
could get hit by a truck or succumb to a disease but will not die of
aging.
